The Canadian Centre for Product Validation (CCPV) building, associated with Fanshawe College, is a unique facility designed to bolster national research and innovation. It is the first of its kind in Canada and reflects an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit aimed at strengthening Londonโ€™s position as an innovation hub. The building covers 25,500 square feet, comprising two main parts: a two-storey office space of approximately 2,000 square feet and a single-storey industrial high-bay space of about 18,000 square feet. This structure houses comprehensive product validation facilities, including chambers for thermal, mechanical, electrical, and environmental testingโ€‹.
