The Canadian Centre for Product Validation (CCPV) building, associated with Fanshawe College, is a unique facility designed to bolster national research and innovation. It is the first of its kind in Canada and reflects an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit aimed at strengthening London’s position as an innovation hub. The building covers 25,500 square feet, comprising two main parts: a two-storey office space of approximately 2,000 square feet and a single-storey industrial high-bay space of about 18,000 square feet. This structure houses comprehensive product validation facilities, including chambers for thermal, mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing​.
