MLB Power Rankings (Week 7): Rays reach the top; Cubbies streak up the chart

Another week in the bag. The Rays made the final leap into the top slot. The Dodgers kept the ship steady while the Cubs hit the turbo button up the chart behind major hitting by Anthony Rizzo and Wilson Contreras. The Yanks continued to win even with half their lineup consisting of Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.
