Damian Lillard put up 37 points in a losing effort as the Portland Trailblazers got beaten by the San Antonio Spurs 131-118. The Spurs were much more efficient from behind the arc shooting 11 of 15 (73%) as opposed to 12 of 29 (41%). The Spurs also shot more free throws than the Blazers, 20 of 22 vs 16 of 16. Rebounds, assists, turnovers, and steals were close to even.

That being said, the New Orleans Pelicans’ Anthony Davis probably had the best all-around performance of the evening: 36 points, 19 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. AND the Pelicans beat the Charlotte Hornets, 119-109.
