WHY IT’S HOT… Another worthwhile contribution to 2020’s penchant for live-sounding studio production, this song sounds like someone pounding a breakbeat in the next room. Vocals have that prototypical British R&B sound that is always on-point and seldom over done (not to mention over-sung). The mysterious Sault collective continue to up their game, this time a bit more uptempo than usual. It’s off their Sept. 2020 album, Untitled (Rise).
